Like you may already know I too have had my fair shares of panic attacks. I tried all kinds of different things to help me overcome my episodes. However regardless of what you tend to believe; I am not a doctor. Here are some things that you can begin doing to overcome these attacks:

While most of these techniques did help me get some relief; the truth is that they did not help me solve my problem. I was still suffering from attacks quite often and was unable to control the episodes.
